FEATURED ARTIST OF THE MONTH

For over 20 years, Cash Crawford has been involved in the music industry as a noteworthy vocalist, songwriter, and entertainer. Growing up in a rural area of Pritchard, Canada, Cash and her sister Sadie would sing every chance they got, even if it was walking down their driveway to the bus, or going to church on Sunday.

In 2008, Cash participated in Canadian Idol, making it to the third round just before being televised. After Canadian Idol, Cash went on to travel across Canada performing as one half of the duo ‘Beyond the Mountain’ with Theo Tams. This project won her the Toronto Independent Music Awards for Singer/Songwriter of the Year in 2012. During this time, Cash also worked as a voice actor and wrote solo music. Her original projects have earned her Rising Star, Female Vocalist of the Year, and Song of the Year nominations. Since moving to Nashville, Tennessee in 2016, she continues to hone her skills both on and off the stage.

In 2019, Cash released “Stevie”, her single written about her idol Stevie Nicks, with David Tolliver. Most recently, she has been working with producer Don Miggs in Nashville, TN and released her latest single “Save Myself.” The music video was also featured on CMT Online. If you're looking for powerhouse vocals, Cash is your woman! Despite her ability to emulate the likenesses of softer vocalists such as Patsy Cline, Stevie Nicks, Ellie Goulding, and Taylor Swift, Cash excels at recording strong vocals in the style of Adele, Alicia Keys, Kelly Clarkson, and Carrie Underwood. Cash is set to release her next single “Mistakes” on Friday, October 21st.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Flatland Revival

FLATLAND REVIVAL

Casey Edgar, lead singer for new Country-rock outfit, Flatland Revival, is from Stroud, Oklahoma, a small town nestled in the heart of the great American highway, Route 66. Just like that picturesque highway, Edgar’s songs are populated with vivid scenes and characters straight out of the American heartland. He brought his guitar and his experiences growing up on the Oklahoma plains to Nashville TN, where he has honed his writing style with many of the city’s top tunesmiths, and perfected his performing skills in the honkey-tonks of Nashville’s Lower Broadway. “Nashville is a very inspiring place to live," says Edgar, “it has a way of pushing artists to their full potential. And the hard work reflects the heritage of Country Music”.

Flatland Revival is about to do a series of shows to promote their soon to be released EP, Bible Belt Kid. It will be a full circle moment for Casey Edgar, a hometown boy returning to his roots.

She developed an intense love for music as a teen and was leading her church choir by the age of 16. Filipino-American, with a redneck wild side, Amber embraces her country roots and her music proves just that.

After graduating high school Amber continued to pursue music, she has performed at a number of music festivals and shows, opening for top names in the industry. Joe Barron

JOE BARRON

Based out of El Paso, TX, the Joe Barron Band bases its roots in Texas Country and Rock and Roll. Front man, Joe Barron, has had a passion for Texas Country that he blames on a road trip to Central Texas years back. “I had never really heard of Texas Country, but on this trip, that is the only type of music that was in my friend’s car… I was hooked”, says Barron. Since that day, Barron has had a driving passion for writing music and playing live gigs. In early 2011, Joe took the initiative to form a full band and start gigging. The musicians that make up the Joe Barron Band all come from different backgrounds musically. Blending Texas Country with these other genres is what gives the Joe Barron Band its unique style. The band has quickly made a name for themselves with their energetic live shows that captivate the audiences. They've shared the stage with such names as Brantley Gilbert, Josh Abbott Band, Kenny Rogers, Dwight Yoakam, Stoney LaRue, Josh Grider, Dirty River Boys, Bleu Edmonson, Eric Paslay, Matt Wayne, Curtis Grimes, Cory Morrow, John Anderson, Robert Earl Keen, Johnny Cooper

Danny Lee Dunn

DANNY LEE DUNN

I'm a third generation musician/singer/songwriter. My grandfather was one of the "Law Brothers", who were signed to small deals, had a few records and gigged out with many famous acts including Johnny Cash, June Carter, Earnest Tubbs to name a few.

That tradition carried right down to my mom and both uncles who traveled around the U.S. performing with their band "The Southern Wheels". One of my uncles (my moms brother) moved on to tour with Charlie Pride as a back up singer all through the 80's and even co-wrote a song with my Dad who was charlies steel guitarist, titled "Fall back on me" that Charlie cut and used.

I've been singing since I was two, picked up guitar at the age of 8 and started writing song at about 12-13. I've entered a few contests in my life and always made it to the finals, including Nashville Star. I'm currently working on my debut album, singing and playing wherever I can and looking for a decent Record deal.
